A beautifully landscaped site located in the magnificent Snowdonia National Park, close to the little village of Maentwrog with its narrow street and cheerful pub. The site has been developed to the highest standard, making it ideal for an outdoor family holiday. You can walk up Snowdon, enjoy water sports at Lake Bala, find safe sandy beaches on the Lleyn Peninsula, play golf at Porthmadog, walk and cycle in the mountain bike centre at Coed-y-Brenin. A ride on the Blaenau Ffestiniog (narrow gauge) Railway is an essential; so is a visit to Portmeirion – location for the cult 60s TV series The Prisoner  designed to show that even the most beautiful site could be developed without spoiling it. The access road to the site is narrow, large outfits should contact the site for advice.
