A site of considerable charm and quiet beauty. It is peacefully situated in the centre of rural Mid Wales on the banks of the River Wye with glorious views of the surrounding hills. For those who love bird watching, a wide variety of species including the Red Kite can be seen in the area. For walkers and cyclists this is an unspoilt and quiet part of Wales with many way-marked trails and secluded country lanes. The Wye Valley walk and the national cycle route 8 are both within ¾m of the site. Anglers can enjoy peace and tranquillity with fishing available locally as well as lakes and reservoirs nearby. Llandrindod Wells holds its Victorian Festival each August. The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show takes place at Builth Wells each July. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. Market Day Friday.

It is an excellent site and is well laid out and pretty.
