No outfits over 28ft due to pitch size and access. There is no Late Night Arrivals area on this site. You should arrive between 1200 and 2000 hours. Arrivals after this time should contact the warden beforehand.
Haycraft is the perfect base to explore the unique and historic towns picturesque villages and beautiful coastline of Dorset. There are numerous public footpaths and coastal walks nearby. For beach lovers, the site is five miles from the safe sandy beach at Swanage and the glorious stretch of golden sands at Studland Bay is within seven miles. There is easy access to Poole Harbour, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Weymouth and the National Trust’s Brownsea Island, home to the red squirrel. The magnificent Swanage Railway is situated just a few minutes walk away, allowing the opportunity to ride on heritage steam and diesel trains to Swanage town centre and Corfe Castle village. Thomas the Tank Engine often visits in October – a great favourite with young and old alike. This peaceful and tranquil site is perfect if you are looking for a small and selective holiday destination.


Haycraft is the best site I have been to and I have been at it (camping and caravaning that is for 50 years.
